I’m just another girl who got caught up in your eyes
One of the many who fell for that smile
I’m standing in the crowd shouting your name
But no matter what I say you’ll never look my way

But out of all the girls that feel like this
I’ll just be the one you miss

Overlooked but I’ll still be waiting
Eyes open but the tears won’t stop falling
I stand by and watch through the rain
As you pick the other girl
And once again I’m just another girl

All I want is to make you laugh
But it’s not just me who has that dream
Every girl who’s heard that sound
Will just become another in this ever growing crowd
