Just because I have black hair,
It doesn’t mean I can’t drive.
Even if I have a 4.0
I am not a study freak
Or I can’t have a life.
Just because I’m Asian,
I don’t have squinty eyes
Or am shy and closed
Because I am quite the opposite
And very sociable
Many people would say that we don’t have many friends
Although they speak unknowing, it sees to be recognized
But contradicting are many that have friends of all colors
Asian, Black, White and Blue
While others might say that we can not play sports
Which is very untrue
There are Ichiro Suzuki, Yao Ming and Dat Nguyen
These play many “American Sports” and play well
Just because were Asian were not all the same.
