Sitting on a hard bench,

A view of a beautiful lake I see,

I could feel your presence

walking through the garden,

right behind me,

Surprised when i turn back

and know you’re here,

The way you look at me,

I know it is beyond compare,

You take my hand

and set beside me,

Without lifting your eyes away,

As you come closer

and put your arms around my shoulder,

I glow in a daze,

When you place your lips

on my cheek as you streak my hair,

I sit in silence,

Cause I can’t believe,

That this is not a dream.
