A lion is the king of the jungle.

I am the king of the jungle

In the forests grow giant fungal

Where giraffes are the size of trees

Even we don’t come close to their knees.

Around the males head they display a huge mane

As they scent mark their territory in their domain

In the distance you can often hear their loud roars

Then later will be quietly lying in the shade when the temperature soars.

The best time to hunt is at night

As they have excellent eye sight

To catch them off guard while the animals rest

At an advantage point we will do our best.

If I went hunting for a lion and found one, I would faint!
