A littel girl wants to play with her cat.
I wish she would go away,
I do not want to play.
Hitting me with that piece of string,
will only make me claw at her skin.
I hiss at her as my warnings begin.
All I want to do is sleep,
out all night my temper is so weak.
Any minute now you will hear her squeak,
I may just take a flying leap.
That’s it she gone to far,
I dive onto the breakfast bar.
She can’t reach me from here,
as I sit and she cant get near.
I have not touched her but she has a tear.
Oh I can’t win,
it’s was her tempting an ultimate sin,
to annoy a cat that just wants a lie in.
I go to her now and let the stroking begin.
Awww nice kitty she said,
as she strokes my head.
This is more like it I will stay here all day.
One thing I know I still don’t want to play.
