A rare and debilitating disease that affects women. So little is known about this disease, that the need for patience and support is so important.

Reach out and take my hand I have LAM.
A rare disease.
It is not contagious even though the pronunciation and
spelling are atrocious.
LYMPHANGIOLEIOMYOMATOSIS
A horrendous disease that changes your life.
Shortness of breath scares you to death.
New limitations rob you of the life you once knew.
Support from family is a must during the
extreme difficult times.
When I just need to cry please be there
by my side.
Assure me of your love let me know you care.
And you will always be near.
Together we will make it through whatever lies ahead.
Support group new friendships.
A fight for life.
Praying soon for a cure.
Until then so many women will endure.
