A poem about Latin Dancing, such as salsa, tango, cha cha.

I slide across the dance floor,

And I give to her my hand,

She knows I’ll ask a chance more,

To be grooving with the band.

I swing around twice,

As she sways her sexy hips,

I add a dash of spice,

By reaching for her lips.

Gently I push her aside,

And do another turn,

I end up by her side,

And feel the fire burn.

I slowly caress her face,

And smell her silky hair,

Before picking up the pace,

And swinging her with flare.

Together we sensually tilt,

Swaying round and round,

Without an ounce of guilt,

We are moving to the sound.

Making love with the beat,

With the music as the bed,

Creating a sensual heat,

We continue on instead.

We swing together like a wheel,

And then I act the great Apollo,

By showing what I feel,

When busting out my solo.

The crowd begins to applaud,

And they also cheer and clap,

I know that I have scored,

When she greets me with a tap.

Our sensual dance is almost done,

But now we reach the peak,

We always have the best of fun,

When we go for a cheek.

We then spin, spin and spin,

And show our final moves,

We go for the outright win,

When we pull our Latin grooves.
