In the distance I sense a waterfall
It thunders volumes of refreshing possibilities
Every drop a testimony that quenches
I look to the inviting cascade
I see the journey is effortless
All I need do is ask

The waterfall calls my inner man
It bubbles deliciously for my nourishment

I yearn deeply within to be filled
with that water that leaves me eternally sated
To drink from a source that never runs dry

I simply yearn genuinely and I am within the waterfall
I cry out in joy
As I am bathed by his pureness
I feel cleansed and immensely grateful
For I know I have done nothing to deserve this experience
Yet here I am drenched
Till my pores are overflowing
Soaked with joy
Immersed in forgiveness
Forever submerged in a cascade of LOVE
Internally saturated by a permanent tenant
He never leaves
Cleaves to one even as I am

I cease to think of this my own will
A cessation that brings me to a place of peace
As I submit to the mystery of this pealing cascade
Engulfed in its sheer magnitude
As I am reduced to nothing
Daunted by lavish grace
