Rule of laws vs. ruled by laws, which one do you have?

Could you win a case-

by not telling a lie?

Lawyers are liars?

Who cares?

Who wonders?

When we rule by laws, rather

Not having rule of laws.

Laws to control-

Control who?

If you have power and riches-

your are beyond reaches-

Laws can be breaches-

Justice and laws for me and you

Who have less and controlled by a few.
