A poem about a nasty habit.

It’s sad when almost everywhere you go

Someone is usually smoking

Wasting their life with every puff

It’s not only a health hazard

But also a disturbance

“Do you mind?”

Comes the famous question from the front seat

“No” I say out of politeness

But what I really want to do

Is put that cigarette out on your face

It doesn’t matter how many windows you roll down

That smoke is still blowing in my face

But there is nothing I can do

Until the world blows up on June 6, 2013
