Just hear me and all the words i release.

Don’t think what to say, and try not to speak.

See all things that demonstrate my pain.

As my lips grow cold it only builds heartache.

My thoughts roam but can’t be controlled.

All that i submerge is ready to explode.

Heart skipping beats and stomach growing knots.

As the criticism continues i wish for it to stop.

Desiring to fix what i can’t on my own.
