Birds cuddling together in sleep is just so adorable. How can you not smile? I treasure simple moments like these.

Colorful birds of a feather
Like to flock together

Whether awake or asleep
It’s the same company they keep

Their bodies nestled against each other
Giving warmth to one another

Snuggling in their whispering sleep
While dreaming of promises they must keep

Cooing sweetly upon thy branches
As their sleeping bodies gently dances

Their little heads resting in tranquility
Giving breath to their vulnerability

They sleep in various positions
Creating creative compositions

Evoking contentment in slumber
Scattering bad days that plunder

Hi Lady Sunshine, these little sleepy birds, all nestled and cuddled together, how can you not love them. I love your choice of pictures with this piece, especially the two little birds sleeping under the blanket .
