Water is essential for therapy especially for traumatic pain. You can stay fit by drinking the water you need for your body and brain. Water is also good for the plants therefore for food.

We need water to stay healthy

and we need also when we cannot

eat anything else because healthy

we need it also for the tea we cannot

go without and as we are healthy

it will remind you where to be and cannot

be missed because for every healthy

reason you need to feel that there cannot

be cannot any obstacles for your healthy

body to move because surely it says it cannot

when therefore you always question the healthy

because it is in you and you have to know you cannot
