Rhyming couplet poetry with an art form powerful and bold.

It was a lethal seduction,
one wrought in mental abduction.

Like a thief in the afternoon,
words hand fed via silver spoon.

Singular attention displayed,
across a heart with which he played.

Emotions roiled high in mind set,
sweetened tongues lashed in near blind debt.

Dripping with nectar’s enticement,
glory’s daze cried no real harm meant.

Into the blackest hour she crawled,
in blood across the floor was scrawled:

You stole my soul and kept my heart,
from this earth and you I depart.
