Wise men have always said:
“The only constant is change.”
But changing destructive habits
requires revolutionary self-effort—
it can’t occur automatically.

It’s as tricky as
rolling a boulder up a mountain–
one trip and it tumbles back to base.
Only after internal transformation
transpires and
root causes are released
will butterflies of bliss emerge
in bursting liberty.
