Poem.

Laying here thinking where my life’s been.
Now wondering where is it going.
I’ve seen it all, Done it all, Been there and back.
I’ve learned life’s all in the knowing.
~
I’ve played all the childhood games.
I’ve lived thought the happy and sad.
I’ve been wife, mother and all in between.
I survived all the good and the bad.
~
I’ve been a friend to many.
I’ve even been a lover.
I’ve become family to strangers.
I’ve been blessed as a grand mother.
~
Now I wonder what life has left for me.
How much better or worst can it get.
It seems My job on earth is not done,
My numbers not been called yet.
~
So until my days on earth are done.
I’ll climb the mountains I must climb.
I’ll do whatever is required of me.
I’ll live one problem, one day at a time.

As a young lady ,I hope to have the adventures you have occurred in your life and that every day is different if you make it.

Here’s hoping your mountains become gentle, rolling hills from now on. Your poem tells a life-long story–one with no ending yet.

Beautiful poem, let your climbs be gentle and the fun times be as beautiful as a sunset. The end is unwritten, but I wish you well.
    Well Done.

We never know what life has in store for us. The only thing we can do is walk around the corner and hope for the best. Grear poem.
