A poem of being born into the mind of a hunter, who shares his life with another, aiming to cure the world of the cancer infecting it, but finds an alternative in writing.

A moment spared, a shattered mind;
A better place was left behind.
We find a world, one doused in flame;
A barren land without a name.

Now from the ash, a world is born;
With shadows, light, and life to scorn.
We see the truth, now for the lies;
create the land, the air, and skies.

With that now past, lets play a game;
We’ll find the weak and hunt the sane.
A glint of fear, a static glance;
Allows these lives a second chance.

Instead of them, this ink does bleed;
A broken mind with twisted need.
With words that cope, and ones that try;
The ones that can’t are ones that die.

Now peace is seen, though faint at first.;
A mask to hide this hungry thirst.
Scorn the living, respect the dead;
Whats left to say thats not been said?
