Memories drying in mind like concrete
feelings and emotions burning up with heat

Opening up all my wounds that i have masked
my protection is gone and that was a flask

Accepting my parents were an infection
spreading through my brain with no protection

Sounds of screams and broken love
haunt me and weigh a ton

Rage pulsing through my jagged veins
has caused heart ache and unforgotten pains

Realizing it was not all me
may set my mind and body free

Now i am cleansing all my veins
getting rid of the rage and pain

Opening up the life changing lane
