Faraway lands where once I lived my life
With so much stillness between the trees I sat  
Gush! of breeze simply tingled the leaves 
Lingering leaves, and the stillness around
I recall that day as it was almost gone
My anxiety my worry kept lingering on
What will I do if I failed those exams
I wanted to study and be able to travel
Dreams of my travels I wanted so much
Dreams I kept them going on so long

Down from the Valley, above the land I saw
I saw them cycling towards my home so fast
My heart missed so many beats I guess
My hands trembled and I began to wonder
I lost my breath as they neared my home

They called my name
I was stunned! and I could not talk
Anguish, worry my heart pumped so fast
Oh! God I prayed! But still could not talk
I wanted to pass and not fail please God!
 From the trees flew a red blue kingfisher 
And sat on the branch of tree next to me
I held my breath  for a moment or two
I  asked the bird will you help me please
Things I did was so very funny I know
How could the bird tell what I want!
My life or fate or world I want explore

OK! bird come towards me
if I got what I want!
Go away! leave me alone
if that’s the type of fate I have
Suddenly! bird flew above my head
I looked up, it sat on a branch so high
Above my head looking down at me
Oh Lord I said I think I know!

With courage, slowly I answered their call
Hey! Friends I said Look below the valley
I stand is where I sat, praying to god
Asking god send the right message to me!

Hello Guess why we come they said!
Yes and No,  I know not why
But must something sweet to tell
Please tell me now and tell me fast
With respect I know, god loves me well
From up and beyond like the bird I see!
God loves me just the way I want
Please tell me fast and tell me now!
Just cannot wait, not any more I said

Smiling, cheering and rushing to my side
Hugged me tight with the message so right
Oh God!, I screamed out so very loud
I looked up to see if the bird was there
The bird was gone, the message it left
Just for me was message so very right

Oh Lord, thank you so much I said
Your love for me is forever there
Breeze was cool and refreshing too
The swaying trees and tingling leaves
Made the music in my ears so very nice 
The feeling of joy I could never say
Was so good so sweet so very nice
Love from God was the Gift I got
