Life’s a bitch
I think of all its dirty tricks
The jokes it plays
the suffering it gives
Ugliness all around
no gentleness to
be found
It takes never
giving much in return
sacrifices you incur
cruelty out lives kindness
Justice begets blindness
leaving you frustrated, angry
for every wrong  that’s
not righted
Problem after problem
you damn tomorrow
Life’s a bitch
gets its kicks off
your problems
delivering a ransom to
priceless for payment
Destroying any self respect
you fought so hard to get
in the end all you
have is the life
you’re re left with
