lying in this bed of pain,
eyes bleed black, full of strain
life’s hard road takes its toll
venting hell, sucking souls
where I am there is no light
no more will, no drive to fight
caught by your web of lies
alone here, all hope dies
only you can rescue me
shine love’s light, set me free
