It is a haiku protesting against feticide.

And the helpless future met

    EXTREMELY GOOD

THATS WHY I AM SO CAREFUL

    WHERE I PUT MY HAND

    LEST ADRENALINE

    SIMPLY FLOWS

    WHEN I STAND

    LOVELY

    JUST lovely

Its easy to say things against abortions, but unless women have support and alternatives they will happen, at least if they are legal there is less risk of death to the woman, who obviously didnt want to be pregnant in the first place.
