You have to be careful with the vocabulary especially, because of the protocol. There are words, which have to be understood by everybody in the same way. That is why as scientist we talk about terms of reference.
As women in the leadership,
we are always careful,
that the men in the leadership,
are satisfied by us who are careful.
Yes, it is important to celebrate a birthday,
like you celebrate an event,
because that is why you have a birthday,
so that you can mark the event.
It is like the part of your body,
you like the most,
and it can be you whole body,
or your eyes that you like the most.
It all depends on you,
to behave tomorrow,
and not to worry you
about yesterday in a row.
