The split tongues of the snakes can pinpoint the pathways of their prey and can even tell the bitten ones from the nonbitten animals.


Snakes with their well split tongues,

Can tell creatures from things,

Directions they can see,

Their prey’s trails as they flee,

So, they need no sightings!
