A laundress from Bombay, a young man from Berlin and a chef from Bangkok.

There was a young man from Berlin
Who believed in Original Sin
But lost faith in Redemption
Just how, I shan’t mention
Now he’s sinning, agin and agin.

A laundress who lived in Bombay
Erred in wearing long earrings one day
And her dangles and spangles
Got caught in the mangles
Now she’s part of the laundry’s soap spray.

There was a young chef in Bangkok
Who cooked up a snake in his wok
The snake danced a jive
So he cried “Snake’s alive
I’ll never get over this shock.”
