Little by little the clock ticks,

Little by little the water drips,

Little by little the stars glow,

Little by little the rains come,

Little by little the river should flow,

Little by little your wealth should grow,

Little by little your success takes off,

Little by little your lips should laugh,

Little by little the earth should spin,

Little by little is the way to win,

Little by little you will make a gain,

Little by little you will relieve the pain,

Little by little you will reach the top,

Little by little you will get the applause.

Just when I thought of starting my comment by saying little by little I saw so many others have.

A very good poem. This is so true, sometimes in rushing to gain something we forget to enjoy things by taking our time.

I saw the messeage in the poem as taking the time to enjoy things.
