A filly is a young female horse too young to be called a mare.

Little Filly was jumping up and down,

In a paddock quite nearby.

She flayed her legs right in the air,

As she vigoursly galloped by.

When she came of age you see,

The Rider broke her track.

She now trots oh gently,

With the Real Owner on her back.
