There comes a time in every girls life.

She begins thinking about being a wife.

She never knows when it will be,

so she just sits back and says “we’ll see.”

She’s growing up right before your eyes

and you start to remember…

punishing her for eatnig all the pie.

You get all these sudden flash backs and then

you start to cry.

The day has come,

your little girl is now a bride.

And when she said,”I do”

you surely hope it wasn’t a lie.

They get in the limo and everyone says good-bye.

and once again the tears start to flow from your eyes.

Your little girl is all grown up

She is now more sophisticated than saying, “sup?”

She is now part of someone else

In good times and bad, in sickness and in health,

not only that but in poorness and in wealth.

She has the ring on her finger to prove it

and when it comes to the honey moon the candles will be lit.

so don’t worry, you’re not losing it,

It’s just that your little girl has grown – up a bit.
