Come to me my little ones as you are here with me

guide me on my earthly path and keep me from misery

A great cross was placed around me as i was told what she would do

A pain like no other was fired at my heart at what would ensue

Fifteen years of loyalty thrown back into my face 

When i learnt of the plan that could only be described as a disgrace

I don’t want anymore children she said,Three is far to much

I cannot cope as i am and that was it at such

Away she went without a word to say to me

Came back in pain from a place that set her free

I took good care of her as any husband would do so

I bathed her daily to clean away the flow

I prepared myself in the following months for what i was going to do

when the time came i kissed my children goodbye and said I LOVE YOU

I travelled this world for years searching for an answers to a place so cruel

I loved and lost many times since and broke nearly every rule

I have forgiving that time now and my children are reunited from the dark

The little ones i speak off, now protect me from my broken heart
