Mother Nature’s gems.

Oh little Wood Mouse
How beautiful you are
You play in the night
By the light of a star

You little Harvest Mouse
The smallest of all.
You climb stems so slim
Which makes you look tall.

You little Harvest Mouse
The smallest of all.
You climb stems so slim
Which makes you look tall

A Yellow Necked Mouse
Climbs branches so high
Nests in old bird boxes
So very sweet your cry.

You are an Hazel Dormouse
Who hibernates till April.
You gather so much food
Your tummy you must fill .

A common House Mouse
Maybe the prettiest of all.
They swiftly run for cover.
As the winter doth call.
