Mother Nature’s gems.

A Wood Mouse.

Oh little Wood Mouse

How beautiful you are

You play in the night

By the light of a star

A Harvest Mouse.

You little Harvest Mouse

The smallest of all.

You climb stems so slim

Which makes you look tall.

A Harvest Mouse.

You little Harvest Mouse

The smallest of all.

You climb stems so slim

Which makes you look tall

Yellow Necked Mouse.

A Yellow Necked Mouse

Climbs branches so high

Nests in old bird boxes

So very sweet your cry.

A Hazel Dorrmouse.

You are an Hazel Dormouse

Who hibernates till April.

You gather so much food

Your tummy you must fill .

A Common House Mouse.

A common House Mouse

Maybe the prettiest of all.

They swiftly run for cover.

As the winter doth call.

I love mice, xD especially when they’re all small and cute and when they run around with their families. People just don’t like mice since they like munching on some things. -w-

Nice poem, I love the whole mouse theme.

Eddy, Those mice are adorably adorable! Your words are enchanting. Hmmm, I’d like to see more from you on these little charmers; surely they have tales to tell, and you are Mother Nature’s whisperer.
    Best wishes always, Stessily
