Sometimes the little things we do, go a long way. And at other times, our huge efforts are seemingly worthless.
When you speak, but single words
Does it travel to far places?
When you hollar are you heard
Do you change but any faces?
When you hardly lift a finger
Is it worth the world to some?
Or when you work and never linger
You can’t bring smiles to anyone?
When you cry your tears streams
To wash the hearts of many folks?
Or are they just the empty products
Of your own poor worth less jokes
Is your life still full of searching
Are you content with what you got
Is your lot just worth a little
Or is your little worth a lot
