At present, the world has become so stressful for the youth, that they struggle for their existence.Worries are uppermost in their minds that their health are affected. but it was not so in the time of of our grand-parents who lived in a stress-free life and never visited hospitals as they had no need to do so.
So in order to live a healthy life, free yourself from all stress and worries.

LIVE EASY, BE HEALTHY.
Live with an easy mind,
Live like a free bird,
Free yourself from all worries,
Free yourself from all troubles,
Away from the trouble filled world,
To live the healthy life,
The way our ancestors,
Had lived in the olden times,
An easy life they had,
With a tension-free mind,
Never got admitted in hospitals,
Never got an ailment or diseases,
That we presently know of;
The tension free world,
Is now no more,
Pity those helpless people now,
Never having peace,
In their struggle to survive,
In a world of challenges,
Those who are lucky,
Get inside joyously,
But their peaceful lives,
Are shattered to the winds,
When they are tossed, Hither and thither,
Drained off their health,
Losing all they valued,
Health, peace of mind,
Family life shattered;
Truly the youth are affected,
In their search for peace of mind,
Mentally deprived,
Of the easy mind,
That they possessed,
Before they embarked,
On their dreadful,
Journey for life.
