This poem tells how to truly live for the moment.

Life is short
it will be over
before I know it.
How much time
have I wasted?
Too much
too many tears
over nothing.
Not enough laughter
not enough risks
not enough living
in this short life of mine.
Life is too short
to be angry
or sad
or anything
other than happy
and satisfied.
I should live
like there’s no tomorrow
because there might not be.
And then it will be too late
to go back.
I don’t want any regrets
I should live for each moment.
And I can’t hold back
if I love someone
I should say it
right then
and there
before the moment passes.
And tomorrow may never come.
Life is too short
to have regrets.
It’s just too short.
So live for each moment.
