Be careful friends not to live in yesterday or yesteryear,
While Jesus walked with you through them; they are held in fear
He is helping you with right now, and he is not presiding in long-ago.
He is concerned about you at this very moment and your foe!

Be careful friends not to live in tomorrow or your next planned escapade,
While Jesus will be there to walk with you through them, they will eventually fade.
He is dealing with you right now and today and not what’s upcoming,
He all ready knows what you will be doing.

Be careful friends to live in His daily power,
Savor the journey hour by hour.
Jesus lives in today.
Be careful friends where you stay!
