Hurley and her personal life hit headlines this week when photographs of her kissing Shane Warne were published by a tabloid, sparking gossip that she is headed towards a divorce and moving to Australia with the cricketer.

Miffed with speculation regarding her marriage status post revelations, the 45-year-old model-turned-actress took to Twitter to set the record straight, reported Contactmusic.

“Bored now of silly speculations: no one is divorcing anyone yet, no one is fighting over money and I have no plans to go to Australia. Enough!” she tweeted.

However, the ‘Austin Powers’ star put her troubles behind her on Thursday to visiting Winter Wonderland at London’s Hyde Park with her son Damian, eight, from her relationship with Steve Bing.

Shortly after she had left her house, textiles tycoon Nayar, 45, visited the property, avoiding an awkward meeting.

It was reported earlier this week that his family were shocked at Hurley kissing Warne and were “glad” the couple split three years after they married.

“Liz never mentioned she was seeing anybody when she met her in-laws in October. The family is actually glad they have separated,” said a source.
