This is a poem about moving on in life after a breakup.

Its been two whole weeks

Since I’ve left you

You claimed you loved me

But now were through

You made me think I was crazy

That I was going out of my mind

While my heart was falling to pieces

My weeping eyes were dumb and blind

Words are easy

Feelings are true

Your eyes gave you away

Your lies made me blue

No more sneaking around

No more wasting my time

I’ve locked out your heart

I’m going to make a fresh start

At first I was falling to pieces

Right at the very seams

With nothing but stumbling hopes

And all of the shattered dreams

But now that I’m gone

I’m not going back

All the hurt you gave me

Was a mortal attack

Maybe ten years ago

When I loved you so

I would have believed

But even then you deceived

All the lies

Are yours now to keep

I no longer see

Your face when I sleep

Don’t call me on the phone

Don’t knock at my door

I’ve had enough

I won’t give anymore

There’s no trust

No love

No honor

Only hate

That’s the way it is now

It must be fate

In the end we are no more

You should have thought about the loneliness

When you were wrestling her to the floor

My Love For You

Words Never Die

Don’t Pity Me

Anything Is Possible

The Pure Of Heart

Fire Within

Have Courage

Looking Beyond

Starving For Attention

Playing A Part

Panic Attack
