Long Awaited Journey

Love poem.

I took a long awaited journey,

to a beautiful tropical island.

There I met a handsome young man,

we dined in a small quaint cafe.

After our delicious meal was finished,

we took a stroll on the sandy beach.

While gazing out over the vast ocean,

he kissed me beneath the moonlight.

Yesterday we did not know each other,

tonight we will become secret lovers.

We have many similar interests,

the attraction cannot be ignored.
