Leadership is what guides societies from dark days to the days with more clarity in our perceptions. Leadership motivates the populations to do what they do. Therefore, you know what it takes to be a leader and offered you will be compared to others, and in the worst cases with a leader, for this last one has already achieved what he had to do.
Leadership is knocking at our doors,
asking for some support from us,
so that we can get out of our doors,
free to do and to look for us.
That is how it goes in leadership,
there are good ideas,
and there is also difficulties for leadership,
and those are the ideas.
Therefore, that is how it is,
you have to work for yourself,
and know who it is,
to be a leader by yourself.
That is how you know how it is,
to be a woman when time comes,
to know that is how it is,
and that is how it calms.
