I want to learn fundamental techniques in handling people ,
I want to be appreciated by all people ,
I wish people should take advice from me ,
I ask my grand mother , the ways to make people like me ,
Grand mother smiles and says ,
My son , there is no set formula but it is very simple ,
Simple way to make a first good impression is SMILE ,
A drop of honey , begin in a friendly way ,
Be a good listener , encourage others to talk about themselves ,
Give honest sincere appreciation ,
Become genuinely interested in other people ,
A sweet voice can be understood irrespective , it is which language ,
Make the other people important and do it sincerely ,
The only way to get the best of an argument is to avoid it and last but not the least ,
Show respect for the other person’s opinion ,
Never say ‘ you are wrong ‘
I have got the answer of my question ,
I ‘Smile ‘ and convey ‘ Thanks ‘ to my grand mom ,
