For Lady Sunshine… I have tried to put into words what you feel and could not write. It is my hope, that this will help in some small way.

I look at you

I looked passed you

I see what was

I see your beautiful face

I see your smiling eyes

I hear your laughter

I hear your teasing voice

I feel your tender heart

I feel your warmth all around me

I feel your love surrounding me

You are my shining star

I see what is

I see what used to be

I see what will never change

My love for you will never fade

I look at you

I hold you in my heart

With all that I am

I’ll hold you forever tight

Oh Shirley. I can’t stop crying. Thank you for being a wonderful friend to me here, one of the true genuine ones out there. This was a beautiful piece for you to write. It has been so hard, even though I’m not the one who’s suffering. All I can do is pray, love and hope. May many blessings fall upon you and your loved ones, Shirley.
