Woman burning photos of an ex.

Satire, the glow.
Of faint embers which rest from earth’s breath flow.

Secretly secreting a mourning that howls.
The intangible thrust pollutes her eyes with an aquatic rush.

Then in brief,

A bowing,
Hides her sneer. As on glows the remaining moments captured.
Then as the fading of the flame sleeps silent.

Drifts now into the moon glow.

She roams.

Back home.

Alone.
