References to the Labyrinth and Alice in Wonderland.
Black tinted windows
Heartstrings a knot
Confused of which direction
Should I take that way or not?
Little caterpillar
Rolled up in a ball
Tell me which way to go
“Try walking through the wall”
I don’t understand
This world is not like mine
Changing in every turn
I’m running of time.
Talking to the queen of heart
And dodging pots and pans
Tumbling in an oubliette
Sometimes held to tightly
By some helping hands
Say your right words they said
And we’ll take it far away
Floating crystals showed me my dreams
But all I could say
Was
I want it back!
The pain and the suffering
I want it back!
The love and the innocence
You have no power over me!
You said to me a slave you would be
I looked right through your lies and I beg to disagree
Your mesmerizing poetry has no affect on me!
I want it back!
The pain and the suffering
I want it back!
The love and the innocence
You have no power of me!
