It’s been ages since I saw you smile,

I had been haunted in my life for while.

Waited too long for you to come,

But look at me, how I changed and what I become.

There was a time when love was in the air,

I could not stop looking at your face so fair.

Your hair made a beautiful snare,

To let me get trapped and let me bare.

But when there was a time to put love on test,

I had always trusted you and not the rest.

My dreams and hopes were shattered to pieces,

I was left alone and my heart still filled with those thousand wishes.

I had gone made and unable to understand,

This cruel destiny of mine, and no one gave me helping hand.
