Nothing can compare with the gift Jesus Christ gave to all of us when He came to Earth, lived a sinless life and died on the cross of Calvary to pay for the sins of each and every one of us.
Love, so amazing
Mercy, so divine
To take this wretched sinner
and set his spirit free
I was once a sinner
Far from the heart of God.
Wretched, vile, and and worthless
Condemned, reviled, undone
But as I was yet unrighteous
God came down to earth.
Leaving His home in Heaven
Born of lowly birth.
Walking life as man
Tempted and tried in kind.
He never yielded to Satan.
He was sinless and undefiled.
He took my burdens to Calvary.
My debt His body did bear.
His blood has brought me forgiveness.
He rose, eternal life to share.
