Love’s Lost Before It Began

I found you then you were gone.

Whenever I see you my life turned bright,

The days were exciting and my heart was light,

I met you once and thought it would linger,

But I’m a confused heart, don’t know how to go further.

Days passed by and you were gone,

I’m left alone with a remorseful ponder,

How did it happen I was unsure,

But love’s lost and gone forever.

Losing out on love is a tough one; and when a person doesn’t know why love is lost that makes it even more difficult. Love can be a mystery.
