Describes the ins and outs of love. Powerful words, each is a mood with in a mood. Hope you like it.

I sit in pools of shimmering moonlight;
Moonbeams sketch them in chalks of restful
blue,
Forming soft places- as my sweet love might.
Greet me; Give haven from sun’s mean, harsh
hue.
Still streams of light invade my saddened
lids,
Leaving traces of Day’s angriest red.
The crimson men’ries burn as the world’s did;
The love in my heart’s filled with molten
lead.
Delicate petals are strewn carelessly
Over the ground love, they are violet
They glint with dew like stars, yet are not
free.
Do they know?To live is to owe love’s debt.
Having witnessed love,my heart knows no lack
As hues of Life now end in Death’s cold
black.
