A VERY NICE MUFFIN RECIPE.
125G pecans,280G flour,4 teaspoons of baking powder,50g wheatgerm,125ml milk,125ml maple syrup,125ml oil,1 egg,1 tablespoon muscavado sugar
Method
heat oven to 2000oc line a tray with muffin papers,next place wheatgerm, flour,pecans and baking powder with the salt in a large bowl.

place the milk,oil,egg maple syrup in a jug and whisk together well,pour into the dry mix and form a smooth batter

place dollops into the muffin papers and top with some sliced pecans and brown sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes serve warm
