Nature and society are the same in many ways. There are things in both people don’t like or enjoy. There are storms in both that come when we least expect it to. But just because there are storms in nature, does that mean there has to be storms in society?

cold, blustery winds
and crusty, hard snow
smacking the face hard
a March snow storm
with snow thunder and lightning
it’s nature
resembling society
like people at halloween
in disguise so nobody knows
who they are lashing out at
until it hurts and bleeds
then this winter storm subsides
exiting as fast as it came in
leaving things to clean up
in its wake of things
that never should have been
