The sanctity of marriage.
Its not the license…
no that won’t make sense.
Its not how well you clean or how well you cook
its about your understanding of Gods’ word from the Book.
People take what they want and pull it out of place
then hang their heads in shame when they find disgrace.
If you long for the the Word it will quench your thirst
and you must remember to keep God first.
Its not the ceremony, the dress, suit or ring
its’ the blessing of joy that God will truly bring.
Make service to the Lord most important to you
He’ll be there to bless you when its time to say “I do”.
Think more of God than the customs of man,
dig deep in the Word and you’ll understand.
Discuss your decision with your elders about whom you will marry, and know that it is a ministry that the two of you carry.
Yes, keep God first in all that you do, and when things get rocky, He’ll be there for you.
Make sure your mate has the same commitment to God as you do, then you won’t have to worry because they will be true.
Ceremony, pomp and circumstance, these things are fine,
but you know you’re blessed when God says these two are mine!
“Success comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.”
