Matrimonial errors and what to do about them.

A married man makes lots of mistakes
Of that there is no doubt.
He sometimes forgets certain days of the year
When he should take his wife out.

He often won’t notice she’s got a new dress
To go with a new hair-do
And what a mistake if he fails to take note
That she’s lost a pound or two.

A married man should forget his mistakes
And go on with his life.
No point in two people recalling the same thing.
That’s why he’s got a wife.

the funny thing is.. my husband ALWAYS remembers stuff like that.. but I really don’t care. I am not nearly as mushy as he is… I probably should appreciate him more huh?

If he remembers to come home. Pay his share of the expenses and doesn’t wander off with “strange women” I think he should be given some slack.
